We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Excellent staff.

The staff are always so lovely to deal with on the phone and extremely helpful. It's one of the things I really like about dealing with Axa.

AXA are dealing with a compensation claim due to a motor accident. They keep me updated on any change in the claim. I have home insurance with AXA and I find them easy to deal with and the insurance...

I highly recommend Axa

The quite I got was 1/3 less than the one from previous insurer! I couldn't speak to them by phone though, the waiting time was killing. The internet query system works better.
