online payments options could be better

only one negative if you decide to pay online you only seem to have the option of paying the amount that includes the optional extras and not just your premium. on the phone or in person helpful...

Good service but not perfect...

I haven't been given a hard copy of the disc and certificate only pdf format. Disappointed by that as I don't have a colour printer and as I work full time I don't have time to print this in town.
