Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Erika, thanks for your feedback, however your claim that my policy renewal includes a discount for being a credit union member puzzles me as I did not inform Axa of my membership until after I had received your renewal quotation. When I did, I was told that will not get a discount, but that I had been given the rescue package instead of a discount, once again puzzling as Axa were not aware of my membership, therefore there could be no "instead of". At the time of taking my first policy with Axa I informed Axa that I had 2 penalty points. I don't know if there is any financial penalty imposed by Axa for having points, but I would like to know as this could reflect on next years policy. Many Thanks, Tom Morrison.
