Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Happy with service

Got good value car insurance, even though it had gone up which seems ridiculous, it was the cheapest I could find. They had an efficient service, would buy from them again

Customer service good phone lines not so good

Automated phone service is annoying and often it's difficult to get through but when you do staff are efficient and friendly
