Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I do appreciate your frustration at the situation, but there are significant differences in the operation of motor and home insurance between the United States and the EU. We do not issue e-mail receipts, this should have been handed to you in the branch or posted to your address. Please accept my apologies if you failed to receive this.
