How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

App can be inaccurate

I find the app benificial but at times can be misleading giving inaccurate scores as when I believe I'm driving well I always get a low score
