We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

This review is the perfect example of AXA ignoring all complaints and requests. They've mentioned they'll be in touch in "due course", a month ago, and nobody has gotten in touch with me. The case is with the Financial Ombudsman now, due to AXA's repeated breach of contract.

AXA called me for the first time in 7 months to "provide me with some updates". The update was outdated by about 10 days, and I asked them to email me with the details. I've received no emails or confirmation so far (after about a month). My suggestion to other customers is to know your rights, and if they keep on ignoring you, and/or cancel your claim without even informing you (like my case), don't be afraid to escalate the case to The Financial Ombudsman. The AXA in reality, when you have an open claim, is very different from the AXA in the ads!
