Thank you for your comments. We are sorry you don't seem to be fully satisfied with the tours. According to our records and feedbacks from other participants, including the second family that traveled with you, both tours went smoothly despite your late arrival at the meeting point that caused a delay. We had expert guides on both tours that day who received praises from clients who traveled in the past. In what way exactly do you think the tours were not worth it? We don't mind criticism if it's constructive and backed with concrete examples of what could be improved. We are open to discussion if you wish to contact us directly with your suggestions.
