Avventure bellissime srl Adolygiadau

Thank you for your positive feedback, we are very happy you had a great time on the tour and we will certainly forward your comments to the driver-tour ******. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you so much for your comments about your trip - we are very happy to read that overall it was a great experience for you and we appreciate your recommendation. There is a specific meeting point at Rome airport once you exit from the luggage collection area where usually all the drivers are waiting - we presume you just didn't see each other immediately but we are glad you managed to get in touch with us and found the driver very soon afterwards. We work with selected hotels only which we inspect and visit personally. Hotels have no control over noise in the street however we have forwarded your comments to the hotel management and they will of course consider your feedback. We are pleased tours were informative and our guides helpful and passionate about their cities. We hope you will travel with us again in the future. Thank you for choosing Avventure Bellissime!

Thank you for providing your feedback - we will be happy to forward your comments to our guide. Our tour operates rain or shine - in case of rain the guide will conduct the tour using the arches runing around St Mark's square. Equippment not relevant to the tour like umbrellas or ponchos is not provided on any of our tours - we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance prior touring. Umbrellas and boots or ponchos can be purchased from street vendors in various locations in Venice.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy the tour was knowledgeable and the Doges Palace was interesting. Venice has been built over several centuries so naturally as any old palazzos in Venice steps are inevitable. To any customer with any sort of mobility issues we strongly recommend contacting us in advance to check if any tour is feasible for you.
