Thank you for submitting your feedback about our tour. I was very surprised though in reading this review, because of all the extra effort we did on the day of the tour to try and find where you were as you did not arrive at the meeting point nor contacted us via the emergency number to let us know about your delay and the fact that you were in a different location. I did contact you at about 8.05am ( 5 minutes past the starting time of the tour) and then realizing you were far away, I did send you the driver your way. Therefore we really made an extra effort so that you did not miss your tour. When the driver arrived, he found out that not even all the four of you were at the location I asked you to be, as two of you were having breakfast. All this extra effort was made because that day strangely, as this tour generally fills up, you were the only 4 guests, therefore you enjoyed a private tour. Had there been other clients, for respect of the others arriving on time we could only have waited only 5 minutes past the starting time of the tour and then we would have been obliged to leave without you. This said, I was also surprised to read about the comments on our driver-guide Nicola, as he's been doing this tour for quite a while now collecting many positive feedbacks from clients. In regards to the tour itinerary, it is specified in the tour literature the itinerary we do in winter months, including march, when some of the sights we visit during summer are closed. Lastly the tour finished later that it should have been as all the stops and inclusions as per winter published itinerary have been included.
