How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Dear Lucian We have read your review and would like to clarify a couple of points:Firstly, we are sorry that your induction was cancelled at such short notice. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the client did not have sufficient numbers to run an effective group induction.ASC did try to call you to advise of this but could not make contact and therefore, as a very last resort, an SMS message was sent. This is not our preferred choice but you had advised us that if ever we can’t get hold of you that we should text. We understand that once you received the text you contacted the client yourself and this is when the situation was explained.As far as we are aware, this was a postponement and not a total cancellation and that once there are sufficient numbers the client will want to rearrange your induction.Please do call into the office and speak to Fraser or one of the team and we can hopefully resolve this situation.
