Dear Customer, We are sorry you find our charges high, there is no excuse, we have a simplistic system that covers our carriage charges (two tiers) and is triggered by cost of goods. We have tried other systems, but lost goods and customers left without goods has caused problems. Our next day signed for service benefits both parties. We are glad you found the item to be good quality. The re-stocking fee that is mentioned on our delivery or returns notes would not be applicable to web orders, or for orders where a different size is re-ordered as a replacement.
