Thank you for your response, on further investigation It is unfortunate your application was not been supported as expected. It is my understanding that following your cancellation of the initial interview, there was an error during the process which resulted in the client progressing with your application directly, taking your agent out of the loop and we have only be informed an offer had been extended after the event, when the error had been identified.
