How do we deal with fake reviews?

A great selection with great customer services. I'd suggest getting a sample as some of the pictures although looked the same there were some differences

Ordered just a sample and not arrived after 5 days, last time I ordered they charged me twice and ignore emails appalling customer service, do they even have staff??? Would not trust them to send...

Hi Jenny, Thank you for your comments, we're sorry to hear that your sample may not have arrived as it should be wit you by now. I can see that we have emailed you to confirm your address but did get get a reply from you. I have therefore asked a member of our Customer Service team to contact you today to try to resove this. I have checked and can see that you have only purchased once from us, so when you say "last time I ordered they charged me twice and ignore emails" I think you may have us mixed up wiith another company.
