I am sorry you are disapointed with your appliance - have you contacted Hoover customer service to go through the issues you are having? If there is a fault with an appliance you are of course covered under a warranty and they will send out an engineer free of charge to help resolve any issues.

I am sorry you are unhappy with your new appliance purchases. From your notes I understand you are unhappy that you are unable to link your phone up to the appliance - however this appliance isn't advertised with this feature.
