Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Regarding the item that was out of stock, we do actually show the stock balance of all products on our website to allow you to make the decision to either order the item for delivery at a later date or choose an alternative product. I will also pass on your comments about the large parcel to our warehouse to review.

Delivery could be better

Two pacels ordered toghether arrived on two different days, I had to phone to find out what happened to the second. Also both boxes had come undone as there was insufficient tape holding them closed
