Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Louise,

i,ve looked into this for you and can see from our records that you were advised at the time we were unable to track your parcel due to issues with the courier but it may still arrive. We then offered to process another order for you but unfortunately we had no more stock available. We then agreed we would process a refund once we had been able to speak to the courier. As you have now received the item you ordered we will contact you directly to arrange a collection and refund.
