Firstly apologies you have a shortage on your order. I have looked into this for you and can see this was actually dealt with yesterday and a replacement order has already been sent. I have also checked with the courier and have been advised the replacement was actually delivered today at 08:33.

Hi, just to give you a further update as I didn't want you to think our customer service team were ignoring your enquiry as we work hard to ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently. To ensure there wasn't in issue in our processes I have also spoken to the person that was dealing with your shortage and can see from her telephone call log she did try and contact you on several occasions but unfortunately nobody answered the call. Apologies if you felt we were ignoring you but i can assure you this wasn't our intentions.

Hi Debra, i'm sorry to hear you are not happy. I have looked into this for you and we did actually try and make delivery the day after you placed your order but nobody was home so your order was taken to a collection point. Had we been advised you wouldn't be available to take delivery we could have left it in a safe location or delivered it to an alternative address. As for UPS not allowing you to collect your order without photo ID, this is for security reasons as i'm sure the last thing you would want is someone else collecting your order, or even worse a fraudulent transaction being made in your name.

Hi Nigel and thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery service provided and only felt it was worth 1 star. I have looked into this for you and can see you actually had our free delivery service, which although is normally next day it's not guaranteed. Your order was placed with us on the 16th and it was delivered on the 18th so within 48hrs. We do offer a guaranteed next day delivery which would have cost £1.95 and in this instance had it not turned up next day we would have refunded the this charge.
