Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Enjoyable break on the LLangollen canal

We hired a boat for 5 days from the marina at Whixall. We were met by Andy who explained everything to us, even though we have hired boats a number of times. The boat was a new 10 berth one , Gemini.

As always basic but clean. However, the inventory showed a microwave but not one on the boat. We had some microwave meals so couldn't use them but otherwise boat was very good for the price
