Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Allow your customers to purchase without having to set up a user and password also answer the phone once in awhile.

Thank you for comments, a 'guest' login was something we considered when creating the but the customer commenst at the time were that this was not popular. We appreciate that things may now have changed and we will look to see if this is a common request. Regards
