The only difficulty was getting to the final booking page once we chose the hotel. Had problem on mobile/tablet and laptop. Apart from that....great.

Staff were helpful but I was not happy that you have to ring different numbers for queries. For example to get info about the hotel is a different number to get info about the theme park etc.

OK but time consuming if flexible on dates.
No option to be flexible on dates so you have to put in every date you could stay and refresh. There is often a significant difference in price/accommodation and it would be helpful if the process...
