Hi Tamer, We understand your frustration and have been trying to work to assist in resolving the maintenance issues you have faced privately. However, this is the fourth review you have left over multiple of our Google accounts in the last few days, so we feel we need to add some clarity. The commission was communicated to you during the negotiation stage and was written into the contract that you signed. We never stated that we manage the property. Our agent said he would speak to the owner to discuss property management, this is clear in messages between yourself and our agent, but it is something that the owner declined. As we are not managing the property, we have no responsibility or control over any maintenance work. Of course, we will always be there to try and assist and work between you, as the tenant, and the landlord, but there is only so much we can do. It is not our property, so we don't have control or decision making ability over it. As for the EJARI cancellation, if you communicate a suitable time and location with Richard, we can arrange for the money to be dropped off to you. We do take your feedback very seriously and we want to work with you and the landlord to resolve this, but it's important that we point out the above.

That is not true what you are saying. Same like what Richard kept saying and denying what happened. The WhatsApp Messages and Emails show what I am saying. They are more than Crystal clear. I did post the WhatsApp Messages on one of my Google Reviews. My Google Reviews Photos reached 500 Views just less in 1 Month after posting the reviews. You owe me 6250 K Dirhams which is the extra Commission 5500 K in addition to the difference between the 5% which is 4500+Vat (4750) and what you took 5500 K so 5500-4750= 750. That is why you owe me 6250 K Dirhams (5500+750= 6250). Not the 42 Dirhams of Ejari which I got paid by the Landlord already. That is very unprofessional from your side that you want to pay me 42 Dirhams for something should be paid by the landlord which she did pay me. Here the WhatsApp messages from Joshua to myself which confirms all what I am saying. Also Ana Email saying Josh handling issues with Owner / Landlord. From your side you couldn't provide any messages or emails that prove otherwise. On that Day Tuesday I texted Landlord on WhatsApp and had a call with her which cleared things and work started after that. So real work Started after 7th July which is the Contract Starting day. This issue is not resolved and will not be resolved since they didn’t pay me back my money. I will also complain to Consumer Rights in Dubai since RVS (Real Estate Violation System) in Dubai not Handling the Complain I raised. I will also be doing a Google Review to All the Building and Villas in Dubai and I will make sure to mention my reviews about Allsopp on Google and the Whatsapp messages pasted in Palm Jumeirah Review. Nothing were removed and the water tabs not all working I sent Photo of the bucket in MBR and the water flood in MBR Bathroom. Apartment was not cleaned and almost nothing was done on that day. I had to send message on your company page to have a response. Still nothing was done. On that Day Tuesday I texted Landlord on WhatsApp and had a call with her which cleared things and work started after that. So real work Started after 7th July which is the Contract Starting day. This issue not resolved. I will complain to Consumer Rights in Dubai since RVS (Real Estate Violation System) in Dubai not Handling the Complain I raised and wanted me to raise case at RDC so first will raise a case at Consumer Rights.
