I was not aware that my payment had gone through, your website did not show that it had. I became aware that it had when I received an email stating that my order was being processed !

Order still not arrived after 15 days

Dear customer, I can see that your order was delivered today. Apologies about the delay, unfortunately it does take longer for parcel to reach Australia. Quite often the parcels are not scanned while they are queing to customs, so these would be scanned only when they are accepted in for customs checks. We are glad that it arrived safely.
