We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I’m really sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had. I completely understand how disappointing this must be, especially when it was meant to be a special 16th birthday present. The supplier notifying you that the date was full after your booking was confirmed is not the level of experience we want you to have. As there hasn’t been any contact made to us by either yourself or the experience operator, we unfortunately weren’t aware that the booking was unable to go ahead.
