Many thanks for booking a place on our recent Poland tour and for taking the time to complete our feedback form. We are pleased that you enjoyed the experience, particularly the service provided by the Tour Personnel, however we are sorry that the hotels did not always meet your expectations. While we have received positive feedback overall for the accommodation - particularly the wonderful Francuski Hotel in Kraków – we are always conscious that adjustments can be made for the future. As described in the advertising, some hotels are of a simpler standard as they are in more remote places and there is less choice available, however they allow us to access the key sites more quickly and easily.With regard to hotels rooms, we are happy to request upgrades if required. With regard to aircraft seating, it is sometimes possible to pay for specific seating - do let us know for future bookings. We have noted that you prefer a window seat. We are also sorry for any last-minute changes to the itinerary. With such involved itineraries this can occasionally happen, usually when sites make decisions to close to amend opening hours at short notice, however our Tour Personnel always endeavour to find good alternative visits if there is time available.
