Absolute Music Adolygiadau

Customer service advisor spent more time talking with a visiting rep, felt like a second rate customer. This followed a bad decision made with ignorance and ended up buying a very expensive product that did not meet my expectations. I have recently bought a new drum kit and came to Absolute Music for a set of Zildjians to re-create that magic sound. After setting up the ZBT's I purchased, I soon realised what poor sound quality they produced, not understanding much about cymbals and not receiving any guidance, I took a chance! I am very dissatisfied, as I didn't want to buy from the Internet so came to Absolute Music expecting professional assistance that was not forthcoming. My fault I suppose for not having the patience to wait for what seemed ages to speak with the customer service advisor, he even had the cheek to continue his conversation with the rep as he took my payment.
