We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

It was nice. Not as advertised however. Paperwork stated all rooms were suites. Ours was not. It was not tidied up with fresh towels everyday. Also advertised an Omelet Bar which it did not have.

Good location very close to downtown Waterfront area. Very poor lighting in the room—couldn't read our books! Thermostat was difficult to change, and room alternated between too warm and too cool.
