When advised that the original order hadn't turned up we immediately arranged for a second delivery to be made at our cost. It is normal for the outer leaves of these palms to die off over time - simply cut them off and new leaves will grow from the centre - if the plant deteriorates please get in touch. All hardy palms are covered by our Lifetime Guarantee anyway. Will YouGarden Ltd

We recommend removing as much blanketweed as possible before applying Bio Pond Clear, as this is much more difficult to break down. The product will break blanketweed down, but will take a lot longer to do so if there is a lot of it present. Will YouGarden Ltd
