I apologise to the customer that he felt the product was packaged poorly. Our recycling policy states that we will re-use cardboard packaging wherever possible and we always use a plastic bag to cover the cardboard to prevent weather penetration. Regards the three products, they are all kept in stock of a separate container but the shape of the product and the brittle plastic does meant that the packaging can break. All product is new and any tickets on them have been put on in error prior to a show. None of the stock was bought cheaply. A reply will be sent to the customer directly
