My first delivery failed to arrive. The postman left a picture of a grass verge and a note saying left on porch! Salons Direct were fantastic and sorted the issue immediately. My colours arrived...

Over all I was happy, the delivery driver was on time and very good but when I opened the box because of different items ordered the smaller items outer packages were a bit dented
