A bass hum or rumble like this isn't something we hear often, but it can sometimes be caused by the speaker's placement, the type of cable being used to connect to the TV, or a setting on the TV or speaker itself, so there are a few things we can look into.
To get to the bottom of this we'd love to help you directly. If you could reach out to us at info@zvoxaudio.com or submit a support ticket through our website, that would be great. When you do, please let us know the make and model of your TV and the type of cable you're using to connect the speaker (HDMI, Optical TOSLINK, RCA, or 3.5mm). With that info we should be able to get this sorted out for you.
