Sorry to hear it hasn't made a difference yet, that's not the experience it should be delivering!
The most common culprit is accidentally pressing the Surround Sound button after setting AccuVoice, which turns AccuVoice off. Try pressing the AccuVoice button until you see the purple LED blink twice to confirm it's active.
Also worth checking: make sure your TV's internal speakers are turned off. Sound coming from both the TV and the AV120 at the same time will really reduce the effect. This support page walks through how to do that for most TV brands:

Excellent sound quality without needing a subwoofer. Truly 3 dimensional sound. Excellent value!!! The only downside is not Bluetooth. I would like to know if there is a way to connect the soundbar...
