Very pleased with my coasters which were from photos of my paintings. The colours were lovely. Also the Web Site was easy to use and they arrived as advised.
customer service was very ride and said they believe the coasters they sent is aper market standards and hence they won't change it. Please be very very careful before you order from them

I am sorry to heat this. I have investigated this and I can see that we did explain the slight variance is colour between computer screen and the actual product. We have 1000s of happy coaster customers and one the highest satisfaction ratings in the UK for our industry so we are disappointed with your feedback. I note you have ordered again from us and we hope to continue to work with you.
