Hi! Thank you for leaving feedback, we really do appreciate it. To ensure continuity of supply we may alternate between manufacturers so this may explain the difference between to the 2 bins you have purchased from us. We do, however, ensure that all of our 240 Litre Wheelie Bins are manufactured to EN840 (which is the recognised European Standard for mobile waste containers) so this does not excuse the difference in quality. In light of the damage that has been sustained to the second bin, I will contact you directly to discuss this matter further. All the best.

Thank you to Kate, at Yellow Shield, my concern was addressed very promptly by the offer of a new replacement 240l Wheelie Bin. It's good to see there are still companies that value customers and the quality of the products they sell.
