Hello Mark, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. As discussed in our email correspondence we believe this was simply down to the 'fluffing' of the garland however, we also offered for you to return the garlands to us where we would check the garland for any faults, which I understand you chose not to do. I paid for early next day delivery and they came completely torn open. I tried to raise it with the delivery company and the said it was Xmas Light's problem.
