Very poor customer service. Previous company based in Harrogate area had excellent service and speedy despatch. I overlooked £150 free postage by £1 so sent an email to ask if they would give me free...

Excellent service
Excellent service. Arrived in good time and refund processed in timely fashion. No free returns but at least an offer of a pre paid cheaper return by Royaal Mail which I used.
