I can see from the information on your order that you selected our Royal Mail Standard delivery service.
As per our delivery information page, we do state that this option can take 3 -5 working days in order for items to arrive with customers.
We do offer all of our customers a Next Working Day delivery option that offers order tracking and is fulfilled via UPS courier for those who require quicker delivery.
If your order did not arrive within the timeframe given, then please contact our customer services department who will be able to assist you with this further.
