Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the time taken for you to recieve your order.

I can see from the information on your order that you selected our Royal Mail Standard delivery service.

As per our delivery information page, we do state that this option can take 3 -5 working days in order for items to arrive with customers. 

We do offer all of our customers a Next Working Day delivery option that offers order tracking and is fulfilled via UPS courier for those who require quicker delivery.

If your order did not arrive within the timeframe given, then please contact our customer services department who will be able to assist you with this further.

Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy with the amount of packaging used in order to deliver your order.

We do try to package all of our orders so that they receive the correct amount of protection when being sent out to our customers in the post or via courier.

However, I have passed your comments onto our warehouse team so that they can look into ensuring items such as these are packaged more appropriately before being sent out for delivery in the future.

I have taken a look into this for you and can see that unfortunately your delivery address is located in one of the areas where we are unable to offer next working day delivery as per our delivery information. For these locations, our next working day delivery is actually 2-3 working days.
