Items arrived on time but packet of paper damaged. Promptly replaced FOC but the second one was also ripped open. Outer packages both fine so the picker appears to have thrown them into the box...
It seems a little ironic that competitors of the Post Office can deliver postage stamps on a 'next day' delivery service whilst my order from the Post Office took 3 days. Otherwise all fine.

I have taken a look at your order and can see that you placed your order with our standard Royal Mail delivery service. As per our delivery instructions, this method has a 3-5 working day timeframe for delivery. For any orders that you may need quicker, we do offer a signed for next working day courier service that is available to choose at check out.
