Hi Brian thank you very much for your order I am ever so sorry regarding your Punkt phone being faulty and for all the inconvenience caused.
We reported the problem to Punkt straight away as soon as you sent your email, they were slow to respond so i chased them 3 times 2 emails and one answering machine message. Punkt advised the phone would need a new power pack which they sent out direct to you as we did not have one in stock at the time or a replacement phone which we would of sent to you straight away if we had in stock. I do apologise this took them 5 days and the phone still did not work after trying this. We then advised in the email to send the phone back to the manufacturers to get it tested and we could get a replacement or a refund sent out with Punkt's address at the bottom of the 2nd email. This would of caused further delays to get the phone testes which is understandably frustrating and with there not being a nearby post office a great inconvenience also to you.
Regarding our telephone conversation on the 22nd of May we quickly resolved this situation by sending a driver to collect the phone the next day and gave you a full refund. Thank you very much for your understanding on the phone and we are really sorry regarding the technical fault on the phone and that we were both in Punkt's hands regarding resolving this situation alot quicker as it was a technical fault for an engineer to test. This situation will not arise again as we are no longer a Punkt Phone stockist.
