The change and cancellation policies are the hotel's policies and outside of our control. The rules and restrictions associated with non-refundable/non-cancellation room rates are usually strict given the competitive pricing for these rooms. Free Cancellation & Non-Refundable Rate Plans are standard practice for hotel bookings, and we try and make these as transparent as possible on our site. Apologies for any confusion.
