I am absolutely delighted with the service and mugs. The only reason I did not give 5 star rating is the logo was not outlined in blue, as the picture sample sent.
But I am still delighted with mugs.
couple of cracked muggs, clearly not great quality.

Mugs can break during transit, this is not down to the quality of the mugs or packing but more of a courier issue. We are happy to provide a credit or replacements if you can supply an image showing the broken mugs.
