I wouldn't really say 'poor', but 'adequate' but you haven't such a choice. According to tracking, Hermes attempted delivery on a day when we were at home. When delivery was made a couple of days...

We are sorry for the disappointment caused by the delay in receiving your order.   Our delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days but we do offer a next working day service if you would like to receive items more quickly in future. We are in contact with our Courier regarding the issues concerned.  We pride ourselves on offering an excellent customer service and it is disappointing when we are let down by the courier.
