We're really pleased to hear you rate our product and customer service before dispatch, but we completely understand your frustration with the delivery delays, especially when you've taken time off work to complete a project. That’s incredibly disappointing and not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
As you mentioned, we use a third-party delivery company for all our shipments, and while we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays at their depots or in transit are unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, we recognise this isn’t the first time you’ve had this issue, and we’re reviewing how we communicate delivery timeframes more clearly and realistically going forward — particularly around the nature of economy deliveries.
