Were you able to follow the directions in our 'Organic Potato Growing Guide' and sprout the tubers at 70-75oF? Because of Maine's rainy and cool Summer 2023, our crop of Organic Certified Seed Potatoes were subjected to minimal stress, so tubers are more physiologically-young than we are often able to achieve: making it even more important that they be broken out of dormancy at the correct temperature. If you warm tubers up at this point to 70-75oF, they will break dormancy quickly and soon be ready to plant. Jim
