Hi Rose, Thanks for leaving your Review. To minimize the risk of Potato Scab we recommend a pH below 5.8 or above 6.5. Any good balanced fertilizer should do fine. The Organic Potato Fertilizer we use use and sell is 4 - 2 - 6 (potatoes do like extra Potassium). Jim
