Hi Carol, Sorry we fell down in communicating with you. We're family farmers and May is our busiest month. Like many farmers we're short-handed and keeping up with both planting our crops and shipping orders can be a challenge. With the cold May in the East the Sweet Potato Slips grew more slowly than anticipated, so they have been shipping a week or two late. Folks like you in NY State are scheduled to have their Sweet Potato Slip order ship this week. So they should arrive late in the week. Thanks for your understanding. Jim

Hi Paul, I'm sorry you were disappointed. We tried to make clear in each online Sweet Potato variety description that shipping would not begin until end of May (https://www.woodprairie.com/product/organic-beauregard-sweet-potato-copy/). I tracked your order and see that it was shipped to you in Iowa in this week's batch on Monday 6/5. Your Sweet Potato Slips are indicated as out-for-delivery today, Thur 6/8.
