Thank you for your positive comments about Wish Sicily and Villa Atena – we’re delighted that you were happy with the villa. With regard to the water issue, unfortunately, just before your arrival, during a very bad storm, a lightning struck the house burning up the electrical system and this the reason why it took so long in order to fix the water supplying. You’re also aware that for the same reason we had to buy brand new DVD, TV, stereo and Internet modem.Thanks again for your feedback and we look forward to welcoming you at another of our villas in the future.

With regard to the credit card fee, we think you’ll find that the 4% we charge for credit card use is fairly standard amongst villa operators in Sicily and we do ensure that these charges are clear in our terms and conditions. For those who prefer not to book by credit card, there is the option of a bank transfer or cash payment at the villa. Dear Caroline, we’re delighted that you were so pleased with Villa Mila and with the service provided by Stefania. Thanks also for your feedback on the confusion over payment. As you know now, as we act on behalf of property owners and agents throughout Sicily and so the balance of payment on our Partnership listings goes directly to them - but we appreciate that this may have been slightly puzzling, particularly as the email was from a German address.
