We’d like to apologise for the inconvenience caused, we know it can be frustrating when parcels are not left at your door.
At present it is at the discretion of the Australia Post delivery driver to judge whether or not the shipment can be left safely.
In the past we’ve worked with Aus Post to allow customers to request safe drops, however unfortunately these requests were often ignored.
Thanks for your feedback, we’ve certainly taken it on board and are currently looking at alternative shipping providers.
