When I buy a car and come to collect it I expect it to be clean and everything working. It was not spotless.
At handover (after paying) I was handed the keys and told that the charger to the plug in...

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the confusion. There was a fault with the charging cable and the car was booked in with BMW in 12 days time (the earliest date BMW had available) to have the fault rectified. In the meantime we provided the car with an extra (working) cable to enable you to charge the car. Again apologies if this was not made clear and that you feel you were not believed.
It was a pleasure meeting you and we hope you enjoy the car.
Couldn’t have been any better. They had the car I wanted, picked up my call straight away to talk me through the vehicle. Following that discussion deposit was paid and collected car a couple of days...
