Hi Mike,

I'm really sorry about the courier delaying your order. it is very frustrating for us when we have to rely on a third party to deliver our goods. We will be starting trials with DPD soon, who offer a much better customer focused delivery. Hi Chris Thank you for offering some form of compensation but it would be a bit unfair of me to ask as I used them as an excuse for an extra day out fishing with my club angling pal on Sunday and thanks to my fishing shed fridge I have enough left for this Sunday so they were not wasted. I will be ordering again next week, this time I'll order on Wednesday for the weekend and allow an extra day :-) Your bait and service is great the hic-cup was unfortunate Regards Mike
